Yes, it is a little more of a challenge to keep the appearances up after the staging is completed. But an investment is being made in preparing the home to sell so it's worth the effort it takes to maintain it. When you think about it though, you're going to be moving so why not pack up everything not being used and get a jump on things. Along with being priced correctly, a home staged properly is the most effective and strategic marketing tool available.

Staging is nice but a bit difficult to implement if you're actually living in the house. You don't necessarily want to get rid of all the stuff you use on a daily basis... But yeah, it does help sell homes faster.
